Meet The Crew
First, I want to say that I am so unbelievably thankful to have Chris Frasier with Frasier Films on board to help myself, and Nicki C. from Cavern Media with our dream project. These two talented artists have been dear friends of mine since 2002 and I knew we could take this dream of ours and bring it to life. Without these two unbelievably generous and amazing people, Gearhead Garage would not be possible.
Creator, Host — Nick Steen

I received a Master of Fine Arts degree from The American Conservatory Theater (ACT) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Evansville. Since 2004, I’ve balanced my acting career with my deep passion for cars. Gearhead Garage is the first endeavor where I truly feel I can balance both of my passions in one project.
Producer, AD, Editor, Director — Nicki Cathro

I graduated from University of North Texas with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, Television, and Film in 2008. In 2010 moved to Los Angeles to follow my dreams of becoming an Assistant Director. I have since moved to Dallas and started my own photography and videography business, Cavern Media, which focuses mostly on portrait work, weddings, and events. I have been extremely blessed in finding a career that I love. Gearhead Garage is the quintessential passion project and I am so excited to be a part of it. To me, combining friendship, passion and the creation of something so personal is the truest form of art.
Director of Cinematography — Chris Frasier

I am a cinematographer in the Dallas area with a BFA in Film Production from the University of Texas. While I learned much in school, it paled in comparison to the education I received working on professional productions in Los Angeles over several years. I worked in camera, grip and electrical departments giving me the knowledge to create images that interest me. In continuing my cinematic endeavors, I moved to Dallas to ensure more creative input in the projects I work on. Gearhead Garage has given me a new and fascinating challenge that I hope to continue. I've driven cars for years, known Nick and Nicki for longer and this project is just a culmination of all of our lives reconvening for something that matters to us.
